FITNESS CLASSES  
Cardio Dance Aerobics

Cardio Dance Aerobics – A combination of hi/low impact floor aerobic moves in a workout style for those that want to get back into exercising. Class includes a stretch, hi/low floor aerobics, dance routines and cool down. Good for all fitness levels, come dance and have fun while getting into shape.

SilverSneakers® 1 – Muscular Strength & Range of Movement Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
Yoga

Class combines posture, breathing and focuses to promote strength, flexibility, stamina, balance, and relaxation to mind and body. You must bring your own yoga mat.

Chair Yoga

A senior yoga class that combines posture, breathing and focuses to promote strength, flexibility, stamina, balance, and relaxation to mind and body. This yoga class will use a chair. You must bring your own mat.

Body Sculpt

Enhances muscle strength, endurance and flexibility by defining all muscle groups. May utilize hand weights, exercise bands and tube for resistance. This class is suitable for all levels of participants.

Kickboxing Interval cardio training using a variety of jabs and kicks.
Boot Camp A combo of cardiovascular cross training and strength suitable for all levels of participants.
Low Impact Improve your level of endurance, strength and flexibility with out high impact exercises. This class is a total body conditioning for those with or without previous cardio experience.
Body Firm This class includes an all around workout beginning with floor step and moving to toning utilizing your own body weight, tubes or hand held weights.
Pilates

Learn basic pilates principles and techniques while stretching, strengthening and lengthening your muscles. Pilates is beneficial for men and women of all ages who are seeking to improve core strength, balance and increase flexibility. You must bring your own mat.

Aerobic Interval Interval aerobic training using a variety of moves.  Tubing and your own body weight may be used for toning.
Cardio Jam Class consists of warm-up, high intensity aerobic movements that will elevate your heart rate, and then transition into total body sculpting to strengthen your muscles. Every workout will challenge both aerobic and muscle endurance while burning major calories and fat. All fitness levels are welcome.

Women & Weights

Learn proper technique and use of the cardiovascular and weight machines under staff supervision. This class is to help you kick start your weight loss program.

Men & Women Weights Learn proper technique and use of the cardiovascular and weight machines under staff supervision.
Senior Weight Training Designed to help you gently strengthen bones, muscles and stamina while using weight machines and cardiovascular equipment. Members establish individual goals, by being able to walk better, move more easily, improve balance and build strength. All ages are welcome. No experience necessary.
Post-Physical Therapy Fitness Program This class is designed to help you stay on track after physical therapy. Post physical therapy fitness program and a note from your doctor is a must. This class is not a one on one class.
Pre-Teen Strength Training for 11-12 year olds This class is designed to incorporate physical activity for students to promote healthy lifestyles and fitness while having fun with friends. The class will learn proper technique and use of the cardiovascular and weight machines under staff supervision.
Be Fit Kids for 12-14 year olds

A class designed for that inactive child who needs to round out their exercise program to promote a fit and healthy lifestyle. Class will learn proper technique and use of the cardiovascular, weight machines and other exercises under staff supervision.

Youth Boot Camp for ages 12-15 year olds This is a four week class that will create a safe and fun environment for kids to workout in a boot camp style. This class is designed for teens to learn the behaviors of a healthy and active lifestyle through education. This class will run from April 23rd to May 19th.
Exercise for Weight Loss Take the steps toward a healthier lifestyle in a friendly and fun environment. Learn how to burn calories while learning the proper technique and use of the cardiovascular and weight machines under staff supervision. This class is to help you kick start your weight loss program.
Family Exercise Class (must be 13 or older) This is a time for families to come and take a fitness exercise class together. Class will be doing cardiovascular exercises, stretching, abdominal work and some
Hip Hop Dance Class Dance moves taught in a safe and fun environment. Dancers will learn basic dance moves, technique and discipline.
